- NOTE: Extended review per lead. The applicant seeks approval of a land use permit to modify County File #433-5 and its subsequent amendments (County Files #LP 2054-82 and #LP98-2044) to allow the expansion of the existing Queen of Heaven Cemetery. The cemetery expansion consists of constructing two (2) new chapel buildings (3,750 and 2, 410 square feet, two (2) new paved automobile parking areas consisting of seventy-nine (79) total parking spaces, and a new ornamental sign structure. Included with the proposed cemetery expansion is a request to remove twenty-four (24) trees ranging in size from 3 inches to 37 inches in diameter; and to work within the dripline of up to thirty (30) trees ranging in size from 5 inches to 64 inches in diameter.
