Document Description
The proposed Project consists of the construction of a K-5 public elementary school on an urban infill lot currently used for storage of roofing tiles. The school would have a capacity of 500 students and 24 faculty and staff. The factory pre-fabricated two-story building totaling ~ 21,364 sq ft would be constructed on the Project site. Parking for 27 vehicles would be provided on-site. Access to the school would be from Wooster Avenue. School hours would be from 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
