Document Description
The proposed project would consist of a 49-foot tall parking structure, with one below-grade parking level and six above grade parking levels. The proposed parking structure would provide ~ 228 parking spaces, with about 172 spaces grade parking levels. The proposed parking structure would provide ~ 228 parking spaces, with about 172 spaces reserved for the public (i.e., patients and visitors) and about 56 spaces reserved for essential healthcare providers. Each level would contain between 23 and 38 parking stalls. Total floor area of the parking levels would be about 88,810 gross square ft.
