The proposed project would consist of a 49-foot-tall parking structure, with on below-grade parking level and six above-ground parking levels. The proposed parking structure would provide approximately 222 parking spaces, with about 167 spaces reserved for the public (i.e. patients and visitors) and about 56 spaces reserved for essential healthcare providers. Each level would contain between 23 and 38 parking stalls. The total floor area of the parking levels would be about 88,810 gross square feet.
