The proposed project consists of a 96-unit assisted living center, 42 units of which would be one bedroom and 54 of which would be studios. The one bedroom units could potentially house two residents, making the maximum possible occupancy of the complex 140 residents. The proposed project's four three-story buildings would reach a maximum height of 32'-11". The proposed project includes ~55,183 sf of development above ground and 17,325 sf below ground. Approximately 4,178 cubic yards of soil would be removed from the project site during project grading in part to accommodate a proposed subterranean garage.
