Document Description
The proposed Napa Commerce Center Project, Phases II A through II E, would include construction of 16 one-story buildings consisting of up to 2,026,600 gross square feet of floor area. Proposed development would occur on the central and southern portion of the site with the northwest portion of the site reserved for wetland conservation and stormwater retention purposes.
The project site has been annexed into the City of American Canyon and the City will consider the necessary land use entitlements in order for the Project to be implemented.
