Document Description
Installation of approximately 7,150 feet of 18 inch diameter potable water transmission pipe in the East Monte Vista Avenue right of way, connecting to an existing water main near the Horse Creek Lift Station and extending north to Vaca Valley Parkway. The pipeline includes approx. 150 feet that will be installed by bore and jack method under Lower Horse Creek, an intermittent drainage that flows west to east under East Monte Vista Avenue. All work will be located within existing right of way. Work involved in bore and jack installation will occur outside of the paved roadway in the shoulder area within the right-of-way.
