Document Description
The project proposes the construction of a new education center, a satellite site of Los Medanos College, that would serve a maximum of 5,000 full- and part-time students. The center would have a total of 80 full-time and 200 part-time employees, including faculty and staff. As an education center, the proposed project would offer general education curriculum, but would not function as a full-service community college campus. Two, approximately 42,000-sf buildings would be located near the center of the project site for a total of approximately 84,000sf of classroom/office space. Each building would be two stories and approximately 35 feet in height.
