Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead The project proposes to develop approx 30 acres of the 410 acre project site with 69 single family homes and seven attached secondary dwelling units. Approx 380 acres of the project site would be permanent open space used for ongoing cattle grazing operatings, habitat preservation and enhancement, storm water treatment, and public trails. The project would rezone the approx 410 acre property from A-4, A-2, and P-1 to a new P-1. In addition, a vesting tentative map is proposed to create the 69 single family lots on the site. The lots would be clustered and located primarily on the flatter portions of the property. The project plans are on file and available for review at the Town of Danville Planning Division.
