The CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0468-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kevin Bundy.
Project is limited to the grading and re-contouring of four hundred and seventeen linear feet of the eastern bank of Ellinwood Creek to allow for the expansion of the rear parking area, dog park construction and the removal of unacceptable fill material previously installed along the creek bank.
