CDFG is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Resource Exploration and Drilling, LLC, for the Cooperstown Quarry Culvert Installation Project. The applicant proposes to install four (4), 20-foot long, 21-inch diameter culverts at each of three sites on an existing ranch road.
