A 4,400 gallon water tank is proposed approximately 20 feet from the stream transition line. A special permit is required to reduce the streamside management area setback below 100 feet. The parcel is approximately 3.4 acres. In addition to the residence to be demolished the parcel is developed with a chicken coop, greenhouse and shed.
