The project is a three-parcel residential land division. The proposed division would create an approximately 12-acre parcel and two approximately 8-acre parcels. The project would require the installation and/or upgrade of fire hydrant(s) and waterlines according to Shasta County development standards and policies, and local fire safety standards. The project would also require the improvement of driveway connections on Locust Road.
