The Project is located on the Sacramento River, approximately 1 mile east of the City of Colusa, at 3249 Butte Slough Road. The total Project site is approximately 9 acres. The Project involves expansion of the existing Butte Creek Farms boat launch facility, expansion of the parking area, and other improvements to existing structures. The Project will permanently impact waters of the United States.
