Document Description
The proposed project is the merger of the Crossroads Redevelopment Project Area (Crossroads) and College Grove Redevelopment Project Area (College Grove) (hereinafter "project" or "proposed project") in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 16 of California Redevelopment Law. The land uses of the redevelopment areas are determined by the underlying College Area and Mid-CIty Community Plans. No changes to existing land uses or land use designations, or physical developments are proposed as part of the project. The new merged project area would be renamed the Crossroads Redevelopment Project Area (CRPA). The existing College Grove and Crossroads areas would maintain their boundaries and be identified as Component Project Areas (CPAs).
