The CRDC is proposed on the north side of the airport near other Airport Support uses including the air traffic control tower, fuel farm, and air rescue fire fighting facility with primary access from Pacific Highway and Washington Street. The CRDC is a 21,000 square foot warehouse with raised platforms and loading docks. The building height will not exceed 30 feet. The warehouse will include a non-secure delivery area, a security screening area, dry/cold/freezer storage, and a secure loading dock. The warehouse will also include offices and areas to accommodate future security screening facilities and requirements.
