Document Description
The SR71-91 Interchange Improvement Project proposes to improve the existing SR-71/SR-91 interchange by constructing a new direct flyover connector from eastbound (EB) SR-91 to northbound (NB) SR-71. In addition to the flyover bridge connector, the Green River Road EB onramp will be reconstructed, the SR-71 realigned, and access to properties relocated. The Project for purposes of this Agreement are activities including the grading, filling, and temporary disturbance of 25 ephemeral and intermittent streams referenced as Features A.1, A.2, B.1, C.1, C.2, C.3, D.3, E. F.1, F.2, G.1, G.3, I, J.1, J.2, K.1, K.2, L, N.1, N.2, O.1,P.1,P.2, Q, and R.Specifically, grading and filling of streams in support of bridge abutments, road realignment and water control structures; and temporary impacts to streams associated with construction access.
