Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Department), in cooperation with the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), proposes to improve the State Route (SR) 91/SR 71 interchange by constructing a new direct flyover connector from eastbound SR 91 (post mile [PM] R0.6/R2.6) to northbound SR 71 (PM 1.6/3.0). The proposed project includes the following project components: flyover connector ramp, bridge widening, restriping of SR 91 eastbound lanes, modification or construction of new drainage facilities, retaining walls, and relocation of access roads.
