Document Description
The proposed project is an update to the city of Highland's General Plan Housing Element (Ch. 8) in accordance with the CA Government Code Section 65585 and 65588. The proposed amendment represents a comprehensive update of the City's Housing Element (2006-2014 Planning Period) to bring it into compliance with State Housing law and to meet the State's fourth revision statutory deadline.
