Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of existing structures and construction of a new, three-story, 45-foot tall, mixed-use development with 24,910 sf of ground floor commercial space and 35,990 sf of residential use. The second and third levels would consist of 30 residential condominiums with one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans. The proposed project also includes three levels of subterranean parking for 264 parking spaces. Access to the parking would be provided by two separate drive ramps with commercial patron parking accessed off of 23rd Street and residential parking accessed off of 24th Street.
