Preparation of the Source Reduction and Recycling Element (SRRE)/Household Waste Element (HHWE) and Non Disposal Facility Element (NDFE) for the City of Menifee. The SRRE is the document that identifies programs and plans for a jurisdiction to meet the 50% diversion mandate as required by statute (AB939). The HHWE identifies programs for managing materials defined as household hazardous waste as contrasted with municipal solid waste. All programs and facilities are currently operational and there are no new facilities at this time.
