- Document Description
- Minor Modification No. LU07-0124 to Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. LU04-0139, would allow the construction of a new 3400 square foot dormitory to the east of the approved Multi-Purpose Building. The original CUP authorized the conversion of an existing permitted agricultural structure (which was used as an illegal second dwelling unit but has since been reconverted to non-habitable space) into a dormitory. The requested permit modification includes the re-conversion of the agricultural structure to its original permitted use. Additionally, as requested by the Planning Commission as part of LU04-0139, the applicant proposes to shift the approved site of the Multi-Purpose Building slightly south, and relocated three of the five approved Prayer Cabins to the west of the main residence.
