Document Description
The proposed project would result in a maximum of 957,521 sf of residential and creative arts uses. This includes ~566,573 sf of creative arts uses and 344 residential units. Retail uses would be located on the ground floor of each of the proposed buildings and would not exceed ~83,712 sf. In addition, the proposed project could include ~179,513 sf of public open space amenities such as parks, walkable plazas, and a playground. Approximately 1,961 parking spaces would be provided in up to 3 levels of a subterranean parking structure.
