- DFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2012-0211-R5) to the project applicant, James A. Sanders. The project proposes the installation of a 36-inch RCP culvert the headwalls and rock energy dissipater, rock slope protection, and concrete ditch slope drain, to accommodate the construction of a 24-foot wide asphalt road crossing the drainage.
