Document Description
The proposed project includes the development of a maximum of 984 dwelling units (du) and approximately 60,000 sf of ground floor retail, located along the Edinger Avenue frontage and along a portion of Gothard Street at the intersection of Gothard Street and Edinger Avenue. The project would include five and six story buildings developed in six blocks, connected by a network of new streets and sidewalks, and oriented around a 0.75-acre public space area. A total of 1,979 parking spaces would be provided on-site located in a subterranean parking structure beneath each block, at a grade parking and on-street parking spaces.
