Document Description
The work involves construction of a 428,000-gallon bolted steel water storage tank, drainage sump, associated piping and appurtenances within the East Niles Community Service District tank site located north of the intersection of Pepper Drive and Breckenridge Road. The new water storage tank will be constructed on the east property adjacent to the existing water storage tank and the sump will be constructed on an existing depressed area on the southwest corner of the property. With the exception of a couple of cultivated rows of orange trees located within the District's property are part of a large orange tree grove which is plowed and maintained by the grove owners on a regular basis.
