- The proposed project includes demolition and removal of approximately 12,000 square feet of an existing 33,000 square foot surface parking lot, and construction of a new 4,571 square foot one-story pre-engineered storage building. The project would displace 15 of the existing 57 parking spaces within the existing parking lot. The storage building would be approximately 24 feet tall and would be used for storage of materials and equipment used for maintenance activities at the Michelson Water Recycling Plant. The materials to be stored within the building would be relocated from other existing storage buildings currently located within the Michelson Water Recycling Plant site.
