Patricia Tarantino, a member of the Morongo Band of Cahuilla Mission Indians of California. The property is developed with a single family residence and small fruit orchard and will continue to be utilized as such. There is no planned change in land use. Ms. Tarantino wishes to bring the property back into trust status for the purpose of consolidation, cultural preservation, and placing the land into trust status will protect its unique Indian Status and insure its integration back into the larger Reservation land base.
