Document Description
The project is limited to maintenance of access into riparian zones, and beds and basins of creeks, seasonal depressions and low areas, seasonal wetlands, ponds, and storm water drainages ditches to perform mosquito surveillance, mosquito-borne disease surveillance, and mosquito control. Project activities include: minor trimming of vegetation, removal of small sections of downed trees or limbs within channels, and mowing.
The project is located at various locations in the Counties of Marin and Sonoma, State of California. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0253-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant Marin/Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District.
