Document Description
The project would replace the existing surface water supply for the Glacier Point developed area with a new well. The existing Glacier Point water system provides approximately 9000 gallons per day. The current surface water collection system draws water from two surface water collections systems, both of which are subject to seasonal fluctuations in the water supply. The project will include a new hard rock well designed to reach a flow of 3 gallons per minute (GPM) minimum and replacement of the existing water treatment chlorination and filtration building.
