The proposed project would occur as follows: Phase 1: Perform American Disabilities Act upgrades on existing stadium, upgrade existing track and athletic field, and add HVAC and telecommunications. Phase 2: Construct new joint-use aquatics facility (25 lanes). Phase 3: Complete PE facilities, including irrigation system, complete casework at computer labs, reconfigure adult education classroom to career tech classroom, relocate adult education center to existing portable classroom building, and provide new stadium bleachers, pressbox, and elevator at the stadium.
