- Stabilize Olin Bailey Cabin in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, as recommended in the Structural and Stabilization Report prepared by IS Architecture. Work includes: * Placement of fencing to prevent unauthorized access into the structure; * Establish a grade on the structure pad to prevent water accumulating around the foundations of the walls; * set footings in the corners of each room for footings for the vertical supports for stabilization of the walls; * construction of interior supporting structure; * replacement of foundation cobbles that are in danger, using on-site or other historically appropriate local materials;

- No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated in compliance with Section 15300.2. Project consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures and maintenance, repair, stabilizaton, rehabilitation, restoration, preservation, conservation or reconstruction of historical resources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer and is included in DPR's list of exempt activities as "Construction or installation of park facilities such as ...interpretive signing or panels, fencing" and "Activities affecting historic resources consistent with the SEcretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties" in accordance with CCR section 15300.4.
