Document Description
The Richmond Community Redevelopment agency is proposing a road undercrossing at the Marina Bay Parkway railroad crossing. The parkway crossing would consist of a 1,000-foot depressed roadway along Marina Bay Parkway beneath the existing at-grade rail crossing. The rail traffic would cross over the depressed roadway via a 100-foot long by 20-foot wide single-span bridge structure. The depressed roadway would require approximately 25 feet of excavation below existing grade.
