NOTE: California Department of Fish and Game is acting as Responsible Agency.
SAA #1600-2010-0095-R6 The proposed project is to cover a washed-out and exposed 8-inch diameter pipeline that transports petroleum products from Colton, California to Las Vegas, Nevada. To conduct this work, Permittee is proposing to cover the exposed pipeline with approximately 1,300 cubic yards of imported fill. After placement of fill, the work site will be re-contoured to ground level. Best management Practices such as straw wattles and silt fencing will be installed during construction activities to prevent the release disturbed soils and fill from the construction site.
