Document Description
Currently the City of American Canyon receives water from the City of Vallejo. That water is diverted from Barker Slough under the City of Vallejo's water rights permit and is transported through the North Bay Aqueduct and then through the distribution system of Solano County Water Agency to the City of Vallejo and then to the City of American Canyon. The Agreement will provide for delivery of the permit water through the North Bay Aqueduct all the way to Napa County and then through the Napa distribution system to the portion the City of American Canyon located in the Solano County Water Agency service area.
