- Numerous agencies have stored water in Semitropic Water Storage District's Groundwater Bank since 1990. To recov er this water and deliver it to the agencies that stored it, recovered/local water is pumped into the California Aqueduct at various points, including the Semitropic #3 turnout/turnin at Mile Post 206.99, Reach 10A of the SWP.
