Document Description
The project is limited to excavation of overlying rock and accumulated soil to access a natural gas supply line crossing the drainage to access the extent of an anomaly detected in the pipeline during a routine 5 year inspection cycle. The total excavation is expected to be no larger than an area ten feet long by approximately five feet wide and to a depth of between one and two feet below the level of the pipeline. Following inspection of the pipeline and implementation of any repairs the excavation will be backfilled using the excavated materials and the site returned to pre-excavation conditions.
