Document Description
The project proposes one Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) for the Atascadero State Hospital. This measure includes replacing existing inefficient light fixtures with lower wattage higher efficiency light fixtures in buildings and upgrading exterior lighting. This ECM will provide energy efficiency upgrades. The construction contractor will follow any hazardous material waste handling and disposal with respect to appropriate local, state, and federal rules/regulations.
