Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to install a connection between these two major water production and management facilities to allow large volumes of water to be shifted between them for better overall water delivery system management. This is a project designed to enhance the overall ability of the District to deliver water where it is needed. The 30th pipeline is approximately 1.62 miles in length.

The exceptions to the issuance of categorical exemptions have been evaluated for the proposed project activities. The proposed installation and operation of the new 30th pipeline have been determined not to have a potential to cause significant adverse environmental effects as a result of any of the exceptions. Therefore, this proposed action is not forecast to cause any potential for significant adverse environmental impacts and qualifies with the requirements for Class 3 Exemption.
