Document Description
The project proposes on Energy Conservation measure (ECM) for the Patton State Hospital. This measure includes replacing existing inefficient light fixtures with lower wattage higher efficiency light fixtures in building and upgrading exterior lighting. This ECM will provide energy efficiency upgrades. The contractor will follow any hazardous material waste handling and disposal with respect to appropriate local, state, and federal rules/regulations. While the ECm being proposed is in building older than 45 years, the ECM is an exempt undertakings pursuant to a Programmatic Agreement with the State Historic Preservation officer. The SHPO and the California Energy Commission concurs with this determination.
