The proposed project is to add additional rock at existing Weir #4 and at the concrete sill at Rancheria Road to improve the flow characteristics to be more favorable for the Clear Lake hitch. Rock used for this project shall be Caltrans 2-Ton Class Riprap, Placement Method A (hand placed).
