Document Description
The project is limited to the restoration of a dam blow-out which occurred on Brundage Pond during the winter rains os 2010. The restoration will include changing the slope of the outfall into Wet Gulch to a 3:1 cut slope. The channel bottom of the pond outfall will be approximately 3 feet wide. Approximately 100 yards of dirt will be removed from the slopes.
The Agreement applies to the dredging of sediment removal from Brundage Pond for a period of five years. Dredging will be done from the banks of the pond, and spoils will be placed outside of the lake or stream zone, in a location in which sediment from the spoils cannot enter into Wet Gulch, or any downstream tributaries. Whenever possible, dredging will be done when pond is dry.
