Present Land Use
The property owners currently conduct a business, Seaspray Marine Covers, from a shop building on the project site. The present zoning on the property is RE-5:MZ (Residential Estate, Five Acre Minimum: Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) and the present General Plan designation is Estate Residential (ER).
1. Ordinance for Zone Change RZ08-014 to rezone a 9.0+- acre parcel from RE-5:MX (Residential Estate, Five Acre Minimum: Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) as follows: 7.4+- acres of RE-2:MX (Residential Estate, Two Acre Minimum:Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) and 2.6+- acres of O(Open Space). 2. Vesting Tentative Parcel Map T08-028(1) to divide the 9.0+- acre parcel into three parcels as follows: Parcel 1-3.3+- acres, Parcel 2-2.9+- acres and Parcel 3- 2.8+- acres, pending approval of the zone change.
