Document Description
The Project includes construction and operation of a high-performance, all-weather track and field facility and associated amenities, including a concessions building, terraced seating, a covered pavilion, walkways and plaza, fitness trails, workout stations, landscaping, surface parking, and associated drainage, grading, wastewater, and other utility improvements. The project also includes the Town of Mammoth Lakes amending or executing a new lease with Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to reflect the proposed Project. The Town is acting as Lead Agency for this Project, and the Mono County Planning Commission approved Use Permit 10-006.
