The project site is currently zoned A-10 (General Agricultural, Ten Acre Minimum) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. 2. Grading Permit G10-007 to widen Shotgun Creek Drive to Tuolumne County Title 11 standards and to construct a 40-foot radium turning bulb on the project site.
