Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-DEL-15894-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant is the California Department of Transportation. The Amendment includes additional driven piles for the downstream access trestle, trestle spur, and falsework; a reduction to the extent of the seasonal gravel berm; and public access improvements to the Ruby Van Deventer County Park in leu of improvements planned at the Fred Haight Boat Launch. Details of the proposed project changes are described in more detail in Caltrans’ Amendment request, Caltrans’ July 2024 Addendum to the Project’s Final Environmental Impact Report, and additional information submitted by Caltrans on July 16, 2024, August 28, 2024, and September 06, 2024.
