Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-DEL-15894-R1C, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, David Melendrez, representing the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Caltrans, in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), proposes to replace the Dr. Fine Bridge with a new two-lane bridge with two 12-foot lanes, 8-foot shoulders and a 6-foot separated pedestrian walkway with a 1-foot wide pedestrian rail (on the west side only), and two 2-foot bridge rails
