Cowell Ranch/John Marsh State Historic Park General Plan and EIR
EIR - Draft EIR
The project is the General Plan for Cowell Ranch/John Marsh State Historic Park that provides long-term guidelines for future proposed facilities, land use, resource management, operation, interpretation and concession operations at the park. The General Plan and Draft Program Environmental Impact Report is the first tier of environmental analysis. Future implementation of the General Plan proposals may occur in phases as funding becomes available, and these proposals will be subject to additional project-specific environmental review.
