Document Description
The CDFA proposes an EGVM Eradication Program for areas outside of commercial agricultural areas, including natural riparian areas, other non-crop open space, and residential and local "neighborhood" areas with grapevines or other affected plants. Infestations or "finds" of EGVM that are found in the commercial agricultural areas will be addressed by the growers pursuant to the authority of the county agricultural commissioners and DPR. The CFDA's proposed Eradication Program is directed to isolated and noncommercial infestations of EGVM that pose a threat to commercial agriculture.
