Document Description
The proposed Redevelopment Plan would authorize the use of redevelopment tools to remove blight within the Project Area over a 30-year period following adoption of the Redevelopment Plan. The Redevelopment Plan would empower the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Placerville to implement a variety of tools to revitalize the Project Area consistent with the CA Community Redevelopment LAW (CRL; Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq).
